Following the workshop we rolled into the main event "The pink boot charity ball" and what a fantastic turnout. The night was filled with so much fun, laughter and genorousity it was amazing to see WA Linedancers coming together to raise money for this years charity, the prostate cancer foundation of Australia. A huge thank you to all the WA clubs that participated and to those that couldnt make it on the night but still donated. To our interstate guests thank you so so much for making the effort to come over to WA for this event. Thanks to our entertainment on the night, you guys were amazing!!! Our sponsors and raffle prize donators thank you for your genorousity to enable us to raise as much money as possible and give 100% of proceeds to charity. We are thrilled to announce we raised a huge $10,100 for prostate cancer over this weekend and WA Linedancers you should be extremely proud!!!

In 2013 we held the WA Linedancers Pink Boot Charity Ball which was a very succesfull event. With over $13,500 raised for the National Breast Cancer Foundation, it was a fun filled evening with WA linedancers really coming together and digging deep for charity.

The day started out with some fantastic workshops from renowned aussie choreographers, Chris Watson, Peter Fry, Mark Simpkin and Maddison Glover who all volunteered their time to teach a dance and raise some money.

Later that night with the ballroom decorated in everything pink, instructors and dancers from all over WA and some interstate guests came together for a magical evening. The dance floor was filled with favourite dances and the room was a buzz with an exciting atmosphere. It was such an amazing evening filled with laughter, love and genorousity from everyone in the line dance community.
